Privacy

Loadcore is in early development. This page describes in plain terms what we collect today. It is not a complete legal privacy policy; a full one will follow before general availability.

What we never see

Prompts, completions and model weights stay on your own GPU servers. Inference traffic goes from your tools straight to the Loadcore Agent and never passes through or gets stored on Loadcore's servers.

What we store to run the service

  • Your account: name, email address and sign-in method (password, Google or Apple).
  • Your organization: members, roles, departments and which models they may use.
  • Your servers as reported by the agent: hostname, port, public IP, operating system, GPU model and memory, plus the models and instances you manage.
  • API key metadata such as name, prefix and last use. Full keys are only shown to you once and are stored hashed.

Usage analytics

To find out where Loadcore is hard to use, we measure page views, clicks and errors on this website and in the console, using PostHog hosted in the EU.

  • Nothing is stored in your browser for analytics: no cookies, no local storage. The only exception is your choice when you switch analytics off, so we remember it.
  • Text on the page and anything you type is masked and never sent.
  • In the console, events are linked to a random account ID and your organization, never to your name or email.
  • We respect your browser's Do Not Track setting, and you can switch analytics off in the console under Settings.

Other services we use

Email is sent through Resend. Sign-in with Google or Apple goes through those providers if you choose it. Model downloads go directly from Hugging Face to your own server.
